| Beginning with a staff of 25 providing complete car wash services, the firm today has a staff of more that 100. |

| In 1998, a second larger location was opened in Moline, Illinois. In 2001, a third location was opened in Davenport, Iowa. The continued growth, expansion of services, and reputation of WaterPark has been the direct outcome of individual efforts and close cooperation of all our employees. |

| Wayne L. Guinee serves as General Manager. He works out of the Moline WaterPark, and is assisted by Managers, a Detail Manager, Assistant Managers, and Supervisors at the Bettendorf, Moline, and Davenport locations. |

| We currently offer a broad range of services including professional detailing and car wash services. Customizing options include Wheel-Brite brake-dust remover, sealer wax, underbody care/rust inhibitor, undercarriage flush, and interior air freshener. |
