  • Wayne Guinee, General Manager and an Owner

    I’ve been involved with WaterPark Car Wash since it was launched in 1996, and I oversee all operations at each location. I’m a graduate of the University of Iowa and have 20 years experience in the financial industry. I am totally committed to our customers, and expect the same from every WaterPark associate. We employ more than 100 people to serve you and they are what make us great! We guarantee our services, and we insist on your satisfaction.

  • Greg Pilichowski, Manager

    I’ve grown up at WaterPark: My first job as a teenager was working here, and 13 years later I’m still here. I’m a musician who also assists in teaching martial arts at a local academy. I have two children, and in my spare time I enjoy brewing beer and soda.  Please feel free to stop me to say hello. I enjoy meeting new people and establishing relationships with our customers.   • Josh Green, Facility Manager, Davenport

    Like most young men, when I was growing up I always had a fascination for cars – though my interests were more related to mechanical matters than cleaning. I’ve worked at WaterPark for 10 years, and I’m responsible for oversight of the facility, personnel, maintenance and customer satisfaction. I’ve taken coursework at Black Hawk College in business management and marketing, and I worked as a detailer for the Greater Quad-City Auto Auction. In my spare time, I enjoy sports, playing music and hanging out with friends. I’m glad to work for a local business where you’re treated like a person, not a number. I especially enjoy getting to know the customers and my fellow associates. When you come in, don’t be afraid to let us know about any issues or special requests you might have. We’re happy to go the extra mile for you!

  • Paul Ossian, Manager

    I’m a graduate of Western Illinois University and I’ve worked at WaterPark for nearly 15 years. My wife and I have one daughter. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with family and I love to enlarge my music collection.  We put a real focus on quality at WaterPark. Never hesitate to ask questions about our services. If I don’t have the answer, I’ll find someone who does!

  • Steve DeClerk, Manager

    I've worked for Waterpark for over four years. I'm a recent graduate of Moline High School in 2010, where I focused my studies toward Industrial Technology courses.  In my spare time, I enjoy working on cars, fishing, hunting, and spending time with friends and family. The experience I have gained working on cars has allowed me to notice that regular car washes not only improves the vehicle appearance, it also prolongs the life of the vehicle mechanically!

  • Jody Harris - Detail Manager, Moline

    I grew up in this business: My father owned a detail and lube shop; I started working there when I was a teenager, then worked for a local auto dealer. I’ve worked at WaterPark for thirteen years, most recently as manager of the detail team and I can tell you customer satisfaction is our top priority.  I’m a single father of two. I enjoy coaching my son’s baseball team, and I like to play softball and bowl.  To extend the life of your vehicle, I recommend a complete detail at least once a year. That’ll keep your vehicle in tip-top shape, and it’ll make you proud to have a like-new vehicle without the expense of going out and buying one!

  • Troy Hamerlinck, Detail Manager, Davenport

    Before coming to WaterPark 13 years ago, I worked in detailing for two years at a local auto dealership. I am a graduate of detailing school, and that means quality service for you!  My wife and I have one son and we stay busy following his sports activities. We also enjoy spending time with family and friends.  To keep your vehicles looking their best, be sure to get regular detailing. Our packages range from shampooing carpets or seats to complete detailing services. We have a key drop, or you can use our free shuttle service. We are here to please!

    I’ve worked at WaterPark for four years. I have a bachelor’s degree in business administration and extensive experience in management. In my spare time, I play and collect guitars and old amps: I love all kinds of music.  We are totally committed to making your experience at WaterPark as good as it can be. When we finish with your car, we encourage you to look it over and make sure you are very, very happy!

  • Caleb Green, Manager

    I have been with the company off and on various times since 2003. Mostly, my reasoning was to follow my desire of playing music in live bands. From a young age, I have made my living in the entertainment industry, performing, producing, and recording music. Dealing with all walks of life from the meek to high profile clientele has enabled me to understand a variety of customer needs and concerns. These experiences have enabled me to hone my customer-relation skills to a razor sharp proficiency. Come and see us for quality service each and every visit!


  • James Johannes, Facility Manager, Moline

    I’ve worked at WaterPark for eight years. I got my start in this industry in high school, when I worked part-time as fleet manager for DeRoo Funeral Home. I’ve attended Black Hawk College and Western Illinois University, and currently coach boys soccer at Alleman Catholic High School. My wife and I have three children.  I work hard to ensure our customers are happy with their WaterPark experience, including maintaining facilities and grounds. I’m a firm believer in the importance of regular car washes. A clean car leads to a good feeling and a happy individual!


  • Lee Calabria, Facilities Operations Manager

    I’ve been at WaterPark for seven years, and I make sure all processes needed to produce a quality experience for our customers run smoothly and without unnecessary interruption. I’m a U.S. Army veteran and have a bachelor’s degree from Western Illinois University.  I'm the father of two wonderful children. I enjoy spending time together, especially camping. At WaterPark, you’re a customer, not a number.
